IMO, Tyrone Power tops the list. I don’t think anyone else could quite compete with him, unless maybe a young Cary Grant.

I know right. He was a beautiful man. I’ve just recently paid attention. I watch many old movies, not sure how I missed him.
I don’t think I’d ever really looked at a picture of Power before. Very handsome man.
But, daaaaaang, Cary Grant.
Check him out in Blood and Sand. There are a trio of Hollywood’s most gorgeous in that movie: Tyrone Power, Rita Hayworth, and Linda Darnell.
Tyrone Power in matador pants is a sight to see.
Errol Flynn had his issues but gee whiz, he was a good-lookin’ man.
Power and Darnell are like a master class in good looks in MARK OF ZORRO, where, what, either of them is going to have eyes for anyone else?
Well… too pretty for me. I’m basing this on how I’d feel if I were to put on his face. Mine’s a toss up between Darren Macgavin and Telly Savalas.
I forgot - I only recently saw Gary Cooper in a silent film. I didn’t realize he started acting so young, and he was pretty jaw-dropping. This image is from about the same era, I think.
There’s a pic of Paul Newman shirtless and smoking a cigarette. It’s how I learned I was gay.
I once saw a still from an old western of a hunk in a tub that I dreamed about for years. I regret never reverse image searching it to see if I could find out who that guy was.
This one? Yeah, he’s verra handsome.
How about Boris Karloff smoking?
[townspeople] Randolph Scott! [/townspeople]
I like him, sorta:D
Keaton’s handsomeness has always been underrated, probably because he wasn’t a leading man. But he sure was gorgeous.
There are some pictures of him as a young man where I do think he looks quite handsome. Unfortunately, a lot of pictures of him feature his trademark deadpan expression, which may, to some, make him look less attractive.
Also, he reminds me more than a little of how my father looked when he was young.
