Tell you the truth, I’m not too impressed with the spaces in my name. Before it was fun, mysterious, and sexy. Now its plain jane. I’m pondering lobbying for “the grim spectre ofred death” with both retains the ambiguity of the old name and shows off my massive intellect by use of a literary illusion.
There’s also ™ which gives ™ which is a little better, IMHO. I’m not sure if it’s supported by older browsers, though.

For the record, I like the spaces. The literary allusion is more satisfying than the ambiguity. Besides, if you follow through with your idea, most of the readers who don’t know your history will just think “geez, ol’ grim sure screwed up by forgetting a space in his username.”

Interesting…I would like to point my father to this thread, but I am afraid he would probalby not care for the language too much.
But he is over 60, is, interestingly enough, a Gerentology proffessor. He is semi retired, but he still drives from Fort Worth To Waco to teach classes at Baylor, and not 20 miles an hour under the speed limit(he got a ticket the other day in a speed trap). He also does counseling on the side for people who cant afford to go to a regular shrink. And in addition to all that, he writes psychology textbooks, works his own garden, and Travels around the country doing lectures and such. Some retirement. SO I would hardly say he is taking up space. If you ask him though, he’s slaking off. He has done more good for people in his “Senior years” than I suspect the OP will do in his lifetime. According to him (and he is an expert in such things), older people are not just living much longer than before, but they are able to contribute and work often well past the 70’s or 80’s, certainly much past 60. I just looked, and they actually have a used copy of one of his books for sale on Amazon, so he truely has arrived.
Oh, and I live a neighborhood with a lot of seniors. THey are just great, and I never have to worry about my house when I’m gone. THey see everything that goes on in that neighborhood. Better than an alarm system, by far. And thier lawns look a lot better than mine. Thats the only problem really, I feel bad when I see my yard with a bunch of weeds, and thier perfectly cared for lawn right next to them. I guess Im the bad element in my area.
