I’ve looked everywhere. Nowhere on the Isle of Man seems to sell them. I am wondering if it’s specific to the Isle of Man.
Can you other-island dopers still see/buy them in shops?

There appears to be a still undiminished plenitude of Dime bars around the Whitley Bay area, so far as I’ve seen.
Plain chocolate Bounty bars are unreasonably scarce, though. Also Fry’s Peppermint Cream.
I don’t suppose there’s an IKEA on the Isle of Man?
That’s odd. My newsagent still has plain Bounties and Fry’s Cream, both peppermint and orange. (I seldom buy chocolate… I just gaze at it longingly while waiting to top up my Oyster).
Oh, there’s nothing odd about it, particularly. It just so happens that the shops nearest me have a poor selection of sweets, and those are two of the wide selection of things they don’t have that I wish they did. Other shops sell them, I just balk at going three miles out of my way for a Peppermint Cream, you know?
I’ll tell you what I miss, though – that Five Centres bar that Fry’s used to do. That was nice.

There’s B&Q and a few non-chain furniture places.
Are those those things that came in white wrapping? Flat bottom but curved on top? Haven’t seen any of those for ages (but I don’t like them so I don’t look out for them)
These ones here, yeah. They still sell them in lots of places, just… not in the shops local to me. Boring old Chocolate Cream, oh, they’ll sell me that, all right. No room on the shelves for peppermint or orange, though, apparently.
Oddly enough, I found a newsagent recently that sells Ritter Sport, which I hadn’t seen in years.
They’ve changed the wrapping since I last saw them. They used to be wrapped in gloss paper that wasn’t ‘sealed’ just wrapped neatly around the chocolate (like they still do with some chocolate these days… wrapped on the outside in paper and under that in foil)

I was going to suggest that - the Ikea here in Melbourne sells Daim bars (and also the very delicious Daim cake…)
But… can you remember what the five flavours where? No, don’t Google – there are all sorts of wrong answers out there (Wikipedia’s wrong for a start). Though you can find a definitive answer if you know where to look. 
Not only can you buy Daim bars in shops, you can now buy these, which are Milka bars with the crunchy Daim bits mixed in. Very more-ish.

As I remember it the flavours were one segment of orange, two segments of raspberry, one of lime, two of strawberry, and one of pineapple. (I might have the raspberry and the strawberry reversed.) Do you agree?
After writing the above I checked Wiki, which, as you say, has it quite wrong, but I followed their link to this Cadbury’s page where the text is wrong, but the picture of the wrapper shows the right fruits.
ETA: I’ve edited Wiki. Just watch them revert it now!
That’s what I remember, yes, though I couldn’t tell you what the order was (of course, it would depend on what end of the bar you started at).
I’ve read somewhere that they stopped making them because the machine that produced them wore out, and sales didn’t justify investing in a new one. Of course, that would have been on one of the websites with the wrong flavours, too, so…
I was quite surprised by the variation in what the flavours were supposed to be. I’m used to people forgetting the pineapple, but vanilla and coffee? Its possible, of course, that Fry’s changed the flavours around at some point, but I think some people are thinking of the Milk Tray bar. Or else they’re just mad.
