Unarmed Man Shot by Deputies Inside His Own Car Outside His Own Home

The RCMP in Canada have a much stricter standard.

You have to come at them, brandishing a stapler.

In their defense, the stapler was loaded.

Smoking is dangerous, very dangerous.

Cops, investigating other cops. I’m sorry but history has lead to not have faith in that.

Thats odd. When I use that link from my phone it goes direct to article but on my computer it goes to some index page then forwards me to the article I meant. Let’s see if this works:

Yup, that worked. Thanks!

Tactical situation 7.0% Is how I slice a piece of pumpkin pie for myself.

Disturbance call 12.7% Is how I slice a piece of apple pie for myself.

Arrest situation 22.5% Is how I slice a piece of strawberry rhubarb pie for myself.

We had a similar one of those too. This guy had the nerve to be black, naked, sick and on his own toilet in Vermont – he had to be taken care of.

Sounds like we need to get Poot on the case.

What strikes me as odd - you have a shooting - police are on the scene - why is the FAMILY finding shell casings in the garage. Isn’t the the sort of thing where you lock down the location and bring in internal affairs to find the shell casings so that you have some clue what happened and so you can cover your own butt in the inevitable suit?

Right now we have two police officers who will swear they were lunged at (whether they are covering each other’s butts or telling the truth will be very difficult to tell) and a family and victim who claim no such thing, but claim to have found SEVENTEEN shell casings (why would you even need to shoot seven times? I suspect that its seven and the family misspoke or it was misreported, seven at least seems within the realm of probability.)

Shooting a pistol is very hard. Shooting a pistol when you’re hopped up on adrenaline is harder.

They shot until he went down, probably, which means it took them a dozen shots to hit him and then a few more to cool off before they realized that he was hit.

Good question. The bullet holes should prove less dismissable, anyway.

We just had a shooting here. I know the cops involved (its a small jurisdiction).

The investigation is ongoing, and it wil be interesting to see what happens.

Probably too much gunpowder smoke immediately after the police incursion.

Heck, sometimes it takes 41 bullets to really get the job done.

A proud day for law enforcement, a proud day for the N.R.A.

Aww man, that one made me cry a little. Poor man :frowning:

They must have thought his penis was a gun. Big, black, and ready to shoot.

Mines a lil single shot derringer.

Hell, someone called the cops when my (black, male) friend was moving into his apartment in Hanover. They came and sat and watched him move his stuff…in. Nice progressive college town.
