I’ve recently begun noticing how reasonable I’ve become. Didn’t take long for me to connect it with dieting. Before, I was living from calorie rush to calorie rush, and Og help me and others around me if I missed my feeding time. Now I’m as pleasant as a summer breeze. And I didn’t give up any of the foods I like; they’re just not my fix any more. So there is a benefit to dieting besides being able to fit into the purple jeans!
That’s interesting. I never thought of that, but I haven’t really noticed a change like that. Just the physical ones, and (normally*) a higher energy level in general.
*Man, today, I just can’t get moving. I didn’t get out of bed until half an hour later than normal.
