People don’t like Lucy? Not the greatest comedienne, perhaps, but very good. Granted, her series without Desi did suck, but the original is a classic (although somewhat dated by attitudes towards women of that era).
I wouldn’t say “don’t like”.
More like hate/can’t stand. I find her just about universally unappealing and she grates on my very last nerve within about 5 seconds of opening her mouth.
(by “universally” I don’t mean as in her audience, I mean univerally as in every last aspect of her is unappealing)
Oh hurrah, me too… never liked his “in your face” behaviour towards wild animals, I likened him to Timmy-like-the-girls “Grizzly Man” and was savaged for it (ooh pun!!)
