Unofficial Mini-LonDope in January

“Hi. Name’s Garius. Want to platt my leg hair?”

Now tell me thats not the best chat up line ever.

Kilts always remind me of bad sitcoms, or youve been framed type shows.

as for me, i’m making it into one dressed in full LOTR stylee armour, complete with big ass sword. and a cape.

and a big knitted hat that says ‘HARDEST’ on it.
:stuck_out_tongue:

Several years we had a gender-swapping party and waxed the legs of one of my straight male friends  He had gorgeous legs after that!

Poor Bastard.

Anyway, looks like I’ll be in the Arab in the black leather Cassock, then.

The 24th is fine for me, and now that I’ve got a map and directions, I can barely wait!

Let me also say, Tir, that you’ll be sorely missed. Make sure you keep your promise and visit us often, eh?

 That’ll be an interesting sight…

I know. Its going to be so much fun. Wheee!! I can’t wait either.

 eeeek! no!
It’s bloody Gabriel Burns fault…

I’ve been trying to get Twisty to dress up for ages, but he wont. Shame, it would be so perfect with the accent and all…

I know. But its just so much fun to wind you up about that one. Even indirectly.

Its not a Sean Connery in Name of the Rose fetish then?

That big hooded thing isn’t a cassock! Did he wear one at some point? I havent seen the film for years, might have to go rent it in that case.

well www.cassockfetish.com doesn’t appear to be registered. So you may be out of luck.

Hee hee, ‘Dawnedope’… that sounds excellent! My birthday is 6th September, if anybodys interested!

oh great. Guess who just caught me doing a WHOIS on www.cassockfetish.com :

GariBoss: Garius, how long would it take you to build a…

…oh good god.

Me: Oh i was…

GariBoss: I don’t want to know.

Me: No I was…

GariBoss: No seriously i don’t want to know. Now I can’t help thinking about…no fuck…ew…no i just don’t want to know.

Garius: But I…

GariBoss: No. Don’t talk to me. I’ve got to go bleech my mind or something.

Dawne we quite often seem to do a dopefest around september/october, so you’re in luck!
If you want an advance warning of what we get up to, and see some piccies, have a lookie here
[sub](appologies it’s not finished yet…)[/sub]

Garius, cheers, you’ve given me an idea of what to do with my spare time…

oh, and by the way…

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAAAA!

BWAHAHAHAHAHA

Oh, and garius, I know the reason behind Tir’s “eeew” comment above. Trust me, you’d really want bleach then.

I can organise a BrumDope round September time. Closer to the time…

Note to the Boys: in spite of all the detailed discussion of cross-dressing and fetish wear, I can’t speak for my gender at large, but it’s not kilts per se that do it for me. Coming as I do from a long line of complete goofballs, and from a close-knit group of friends who are complete goofballs, I think it’s that there’s something very attractive and sexy about a guy who is secure enough in his masculinity to act like a complete goofball. In that regard, a kilt would be no different from a sari, or from a vintage tuxedo jacket worn with jeans, or anything else a bit off the beaten path.

(Besides, let’s face it; men have been wearing various variations on skirts and dresses for a long time, and still do in many cultures, going back to the toga and much earlier. Why should it only be considered a tad weird now?)

(Oh, and I second you on the fear of leg waxing. It’s evil.)

you can use that as a website name for this cartoon thang garius.

Dawnedope sounds alright. if i’m still alive in september/october.

I thought a cassock was like what monks and Sean Connery wore as well. or one of those things you sleep in in the garden.

or is that a habit? whats the diff?

Paul: all powerful jedi pirate monk. with an admantium skellington.

And another BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! for Garius

That’d be a hammock

A habit is what nuns wear. It refers to their entire dress code as opposed to say simply their headdress. Habit is in fact an old word meaning dress or attire.

Good god, I’m full of useless facts aren’t I?

I can do tuxedo and jeans! those really 80’s dark blue ones with patches and orange stitching!
