Unusual scoring in tonight's hockey game

In the Bruins-Islanders hockey game tonight the scoring consisted of:
1st period: Bruins power play goal
2nd period: Islanders short-handed penalty shot goal
2nd period: Bruins short-handed goal
3rd period: Bruins power play goal
3rd period: Islanders 6 on 5 (goalie pulled with > 3 minutes left)
3rd period: Bruins 5 on 6 empty net goal
3rd period: Bruins 5 on 6 empty net goal

and one question does a penalty shot goal count in the +/- ratings for those on the ice when the penalty shot was called?

Penalty shot goals don’t count towards plus-minus. Neither do powerplay goals.

But short handed goals do count.

Yep. Even-strength and shorthanded goals count.

Yes, I know all that, the question was badly worded. Since the penalty shot occurred while the Islanders were short-handed, I wondered if it might count in the +/- scoring. I’m guessing not mostly because it probably wouldn’t have occurred to anyone to make the exception.
