Well, the great braunsweiger trek was a bust…ended up at the only three stores that carry ‘my’ brand in the area and struck out all three times. Will try again Firday. At least it got me out of the house and around the area some.

For me, youtube is limited to tutorials (it’s how I changed the carburetor on my lawn mower) and occasional Watcher Entertainment videos because I’m a sucker for Puppet History. Other than that, I’d rather watch netflix or hulu. But now that I think about it, I’m sure my watching history is just as garbage as I think the rest of my family’s is - I just don’t want to admit it. I’ll tell you guys, but would never admit it to my husband.

In all seriousness, make sure they have plenty of food, and, if possible, keep 'em chilly so they stay in the hive and don’t eat so much. And keep your fingers crossed- lots of colonies were lost when being transported by olde tyme ships, from what I’ve heard. A greenhouse wouldn’t help anyway- hives forage in an area with about a 2 mile radius to get enough flowers; you ain’t getting that quantity in a greenhouse, and the extra heat would make them burn through the stores extra fast.
Anyway, I’m going to bed, and I don’t care that it’s barely after 9pm; after an all-day ‘training day’ which featured a few bits of useful info in the morning, and an afternoon of pure waffle, followed by getting stuck in a huge traffic jam on the way home that added 2 hours to my drive, I don’t wanna grownup any more.
I submitted a work order request to maintenance yesterday. I wish they’d give an estimated day/time when they plan to come. I don’t have to be here for them to come in and fix stuff, but I don’t want them walking in while I’m in the shower–not that they’d walk into the bathroom–or have headphones on and don’t hear them come in. I have an extreme startle response thanks to the ever-fun PTSD. I guess I’ll stop in at the office and ask. It can take them days to get a work order done.
I’m soooo tired. I couldn’t get to sleep last night. I must have been over-tired, as I’d hardly slept the night before.
It’s hot and sunny, but I need to walk to the pharmacy.

Stephen had a hive for them. They were eating the sweetened hot chocolate that was served in the officer’s gun room. As I recall, they were pawned off on someone at the next land fall.
Yes shoe, those are great pictures. That Monkey has a lot of Siamese in him, can tell by his head shape and body lines. Gorgeous baby. And I love your purple glasses! The ratties are cute-I told my roomie we should should get some, she said no. No explaining some people.

Don’t get me wrong, I watch plenty of those two also. Have you tried Hulu’s Brooklyn 99? Very funny and light hearted. Good chilling and relaxing stuff. Like Cheers!, but in New York and 2020.

Supper was good, brownies were yummerrific! Probably because I’ve been avoiding pastry-like substances. They were chewy and chocolate-y - what more can you ask of brownies?? Well, if you’re FCD, you want frosting. But that’s wrong. Frosting on cake and cupcakes, not brownies!
FCD has gone to fetch Higgs from the groomer. She’ll need to be fed when she gets home. Dishes are done. Time for chillage.
Frosting does not belong on brownies. Period. End of discussion.
