You’ve been in the PC business for years. You should know by now that December can be a slow sales month. You should also know that building a resale channel from scratch is difficult. Hence, you should know that building a resale channel from scratch in December is a daunting task.
There are only so many working days in a month. During the holiday season, and especially during December, those days are reduced by people in positions of authority taking vacation. You should know this, since you did it yourself. In fact, I don’t believe you charged your vacation time for the four days you elected to just not show up.
In short, get off my back. I’m working harder than anyone else here, and my phone logs will show it. Be a manager, not a crying, puling jackass.
