The ante-natal appointment went well today. Baby was in breech position facing my back so didn’t get a good photo unfortunately. Got one anyway to add to the album and send my mom in the US. It’s cool though cos you can make out one of her ears - as well as head, neck and back.
Looks like the amniotic fluid is up again and well within the normal range… whew! I can’t tell you how worried this has made me. I’ve been drinking at least 3 litres of fluid per day - usually one of these is milk. I think we need to buy a cow…
They fiddled my night-time insulin just a bit in hopes of lowering my morning reading, so will see how this goes. Still bruising quite a bit, but would rather be healthy than put baby in any jeopardy at all.

The wee one is six weeks old now! At his 4 week checkup he was up to 8 pounds 9 ounces! Chunka child
He eats every 2-3 hours around the clock… where’s a sleepy smile when I need one?
His sister seems to have adapted really well and I thank whatever supernatural forces are responsible for that!
Just realized I was still pregnant when I last posted about the boy. We were hanging out sunday and realized that it was his due date! Babies really throw some curve balls at ya!

Due to hip and back pain caused by too much Relaxin hormone, my sleep is starting to suffer. I can hardly wait until I can go on maternity leave in about 5 weeks. I just want to hibernate at the moment until Spudette is born.
