There is no urgent rush, but I don’t want us to forget to update our Terms of Service to reflect our actual rules, which can be found in the topic “Registration Agreement, Rules, and FAQ”, although the formatting on that page is a little botched from the migration.
I have been operating under the assumption that the current terms of service page, found at Terms of Service - Straight Dope Message Board, is boilerplate provided by Discourse and not actually binding. There are numerous placeholders such as company_name, contact_email, governing_law and city_for_disputes, and the content rules are significantly different.
