Has anyone tried to get pregnant using a turkey baster?
If so, can you give details - or is it as basic as pouring the semen into the baster and injecting so to speak.
My SO has back problems and just thought that this may be a better option.

A step-by-step description of the “Turkey Baster Method”. Google “turkey baster and insemination” and you’ll get countless more results. So it seems to be a somewhat common at-home method.
make sure the turkey baster is clean and has no detergent residue on it. same with whatever you are collecting the semen into. This is most important for the viability of the sperm. Ideally the baster and whatever you collect the semen into should both be warmed to just below body temperure (about 37.5 degrees celsius) to prevent cold shock to the sperm (again affecting their viability).
As a single guy, I find your interpretation of the term “better” questionable.
