Wasn’t crazy about it, but there were times when I was extremely uncomfortable with Ali Fazal’s portrayal and I really don’t know why. Not a great movie, and Densch was wonderful-basically an afternoon’s entertainment.

Don’t intend to see it. I’m tired of make-colonialism-cuddly films.
Which it doesn’t do. In fact, it shows the bias quite vividly. It’s not a serious movie, and much is played for laughs, but it’s an interesting look at a little-known real life relationship between a monarch and one of her subjects.
