I played a demo version of Dragon Quest (the franchise formerly known in America as Dragon Warrior) VIII.
They had to get a heavy duty vacuum to get my drool out of the carpet.

I can’t believe I forgot that one, since there are so few RPGs coming out these days that aren’t MMO. 11.22.05, and agreed on the anticipation!
I’m waiting for UT2007 as well, and Star Trek Online.
The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion
No one mentioned the Mario Kart DS ??? I mean… if this isnt comming out…
I hope that Kingdom Hearts comes out on PSP, if not any other console.
The Next Zelda , but thats always a given on such lists.
Quake 4, and Stubbs The Zombie
Serious Sam 2. Supposed to be coming out next month. I’ll be there
I’m most excited for SOCOM III for the PS2. However, it can wait for the moment until I get an ISP at my home that is fast enough for online play. I haven’t been able to play SOCOM II since I moved in August and it’s driving me crazy.
Gah!
Civ 4 comes out a week before City of Villains?
Oh, the agony.
Might have to call in sick for a month.
Civ 4, of course, despite the disappointment that was Civ 3. The biggest one I’m waiting for is the sequel to Europa 1400: The Guild, despite the disappointment that was the company’s support of the first.
Call me a sucker.
Oh, that’s a shame…us City of Heroes players already have five expansions. Have fun with you little swords.
On a more serious note, I am looking forward to:
City of Villians (how I will play this AND CoH at the same time I have no idea)
Zelda: The Twilight Pricness (need a Gamecube first…)
Civ IV (never played III, so we’ll see what this brings)
Dungeons and Dragons MMORPG (I don’t klnow muich about it, even when it’s getting released, but I’ll probably but it and see what it’s about (actually, I’ll probably try to get in on the beta to see what it’s about.)
You can say that again.
Day of Defeat: Source
4 more minutes!
This year, obviously, Civilization 4.
But after that there is only one game that all PC gamers but have:
This is the war game I have dreamt of all my life.
Zelda, Dirge of Cerberus, FFXII…that’s about all.
As an Air Force officer and real-time strategy fiend, I have a question for you: how do I get drool out of my keyboard?
The Movies
World of Warcraft expansion
F.E.A.R.
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Holy. Shit.
I didn’t really like TA. Okay, I didn’t like it at all, especially compared to its competitors at the time.
But that looks pretty awesome.
What was wrong with Civ III? My only problem is that on easy levels, it’s too difficult for the cpu to attack you; at higher levels, the CPU is always attacking. That gets a little annoying. Other than nice graphics, it’s not much different than Civ II, and, imo, it’s a bit more nuanced.
