Visualize it...

I visualized getting dressed this morning before I got out of bed: Boxers off; fresh boxers on; socks (left first, then right, making sure the logo was on the outside; tee shirt; sweat pants. Then I visualized a couple deep knee-bends, and touched my toes a couple times. Yep, there we go. It helped. I felt much more prepared- mentally as well as physically- when I finally did get dressed 45 minutes later. I didn’t actually do the deep knee-bends, though I did touch my toes while I put my socks on (I wore black socks yesterday, and there was some lint in between the ol’ piggies thaat I had to get out of there). Tomorrow morning, I’m going to visualize a few push-ups, too.

Right now I visualizing lunch.

Isn’t that a neat trick, Winston? It usually works for me pretty well too…except for the times you fall back asleep, stupid! ::twitch:: SHUT UP!!

I mean…yeah. It’s a good idea. ::wipes eyes and goes back to bed::
