Sorry if this is a stupid question but does anyone know where I can find the most recent upgrade for a 15mb 3dfx Voodoo3 3000D AGP.

Of course, at this point you should be thinking of upgrading to a new 3D accelerator as 3dfx is now defunct and their cards are near useless if used with most current games (it’ll still do the trick for old games though).
Yeah, 3dfx died… whoa. A long time ago, that’s for sure. I admit I own a 12M Voodoo 2, but I think the last game it supported was Carmageddon 2.
http://www.voodoofiles.com/ is about the last site with 3dfx drivers, but I doubt you’ll get any game released after about 2000 running on it if that’s what you’re trying to do. 
The 1.07 drivers were the last official drivers from 3dfx before they went out of business.
A couple of groups have gone on to make some really nice drivers that work with Windows XP. Check out http://www.geocities.com/xpentor/
I had a Voodoo 5 AGP card, and after 3DFX died, it became impossible to use.
It worked fine for old games, but playing any new games required me to wait for a new driver to be released by whatever Voodoo enthusiasts group felt like doing it.
To put it simply, it sucked.
Get a new card.
Although they could just as easily go the way of 3DFX the two video card makers now battling for supremacy are nVidia and ATI.
