Yeah, he started yelping when Bashir was trying to help him with “Blanket’s” veil, and then the baby started crying in reaction. Bouncing that kid like that will give him an upset stomach. Sheesh.

I know what Asexual means, I wasn’t saying it was a contradiction in terms, I was expressing skepticism about the likelihood of any young male going through life devoid of sexual feelings. Unless they had their balls cut off at birth, I just don’t buy it. Are we to believe that Michael Jackson simply has no testosterone? If he had no male hormone he would exhibit feminine characteristics, his voice would sound like a girl’s, he would have trouble growing facial hair…he …um…never mind…
Diogenes, you make excellent points throughout this thread, but I have to disagree on the whole ‘asexual’ issue. It is certainly possible for an intact male of any age to simply not have sexual feelings of any kind. There might be numerous reasons for this- psychological problems, brain damage, endocrine disorders, drug use, etc. I’m a woman, so maybe my opinion should somehow count for less, but being male does not automatically equal being an insatiable horndog.
At any rate, after seeing the interview it’s painfully obvious that Jackson is mentally unstable and needs help. In this situation, his wealth is working against him. He’s used it to build a bubble around himself, and so nobody who would dare can get close enough to suggest to (or force) him to get help. And bizarre behavior from the fabulously rich has always been tolerated in our society. The parallel’s been made before, but Howard Hughes is a stunning example of right where Jackson is inevitably headed: dead in a hotel room with tissue boxes on his hands and a closet full of jars of his own urine.
I still can’t decide if he’s a pedophile or not. It might be that he really is so naive that he can’t comprehend why sleeping in the same bed with other peoples’ children is unacceptable behavior. By the same token, he may be so far gone that he can’t comprehend that molesting a child could possibly be wrong as long as, in his mind, he “loves” that child. I tend to always assume the worst, so I’m leaning towards him being a pedophile. I’m scared to death for those kids. They’re being raised in a bubble by an unstable man who is mentally and emotionally unable to deal with being a parent. If most people here are right, and he’s not a pedophile, these kids are still going to be massively fucked-up in later life. If he is a pedophile, it’s even worse: he may be buying/breeding his own kiddie harem, one with no outside influences and therefore minimal risk of exposure.

I know that this won’t hold much water with you guys, but I know someone [a celebrity] who knows MJ fairly well. Says he is a very sweet, very charming man. But that for a fact, his relationship with at least some kids is sexual.
I don’t think he would molest a child in the sense of forcing himself on someone, and I don’t think he goes after the really young kids. I used to be skeptical of the whole sexual side of things, and thought that he was probably just really naive and didn’t realize what the things he was doing looked bad.
But since I’ve talked to [not gonna say the name] I am convinced that he has “consentual” sexual relationships with pre-teen boys. Apparently he doesn’t exactly hide it when he’s in the company of close friends.
A) that painting with him in the toga and the angels cracked me right up. Beyond egotistical, it was just CHEESY!
B) to hell with the uniform, what was up with all those mannequin thing!?!?
C) Don’t worry, they’re being raised by his staff of nannies and such. I’m sure he does very little of the actual “rearing” of them himself. I’d be amazed if he’s ever changed a diaper.

I have no opinion on whether or not he has it or not, but come on… a big show-biz person with a splotchy skin condition would USE MAKEUP TO EVEN IT OUT. Either in one direction or the other. Lack of blotches is not an indicator here, folks. Someone that vain would never be seen or photographed without full makeup on.
If what you say is true, this guy should be put in jail. Have you reported what your friend has told you to the authorities? Has he/she reported what you have written to the authorities? If you or your friend hasn’t, you should. You are endangering the lives of these children and you should do something about it. NOW. This isn’t a joke or idle gossip. If you have material evidence to share with the authorities, I think it is your moral obligation to do so.
Opal, that’s really creepy. Yeah, he seems like a nice guy, but he’s not someone I’d want to be around. I think I’m now starting to lean towards the possible pedophile or whatever idea.
It’s sad and shocking to look at the history of his face. Did anyone see the report after the doc, when they showed his face and how it changed? They did an age progression on what he would look like if he hadn’t had surgery-it was so very very different.
Plus, some of the lies coming out of his mouth were so obvious-but I think he really BELIEVES them. He said his dad has blue eyes-but every picture of Joe Jackson shows brown or at least hazel.
Sad.
I have no evidence, just this person’s word, who would have no reason to lie about it.
