Cheese, bacon, sour cream, green onions, maybe some sort of barbecue sauce. There was a bowling alley place near me that used to offer this appetizer that was your choice of 3 different potatoes with different topping combinations and it was pretty cool because they offered ones that aren’t easily found at the grocery store. I can’t remember any specific flavor combinations but for me I pretty much can’t go wrong with any potatoes loaded with anything. Ketchup is almost a capital offense where I’m from.
