I got a good amount of laundry done today. Lucky Louie had a bath.
Supper is almost ready. We are having roast chicken, rice and gravy, field peas and squash. Should be good and healthy.

I got turned onto the idea by a co-worker back in the spring. We had decided on doing a Beer:30 after work and he ordered a Coney Island and three scoops of ice cream. Not being one to ignore a good thought when I can steal it, I tried it as well and much enjoyment has followed. I’ve tried it with a couple different Hard Root Beers and found the Coney to be far and away the best. It gives about the same flavor as say a Barque’s with a half-way-respectable kick behind it. French vanilla ice cream given the choice.
Time to retire to the boudoir for the evenin’. We’s tahrd!

But I did get Nathan’s picture taken with Santa yesterday. One bright spot.
