For anyone who missed the CoX announcement, I10 beta is now open on test.
But now we can tell.
There is a CECIL channel and SG on Test. The base isn’t much, since there are only 2 members of the SG right now, but anyone that wants to can join and help make it a bit more functional.
Yeah, we can tell. I can tell you that if they select based on past performance, I10 will be my only closed beta invite. I was working freaky long hours (like two full-time jobs worth) and had computer trouble, so I only got on test for about 90 minutes during my closed beta time. Did not find bug one. Never even got to fight any Rikti in Atlas Park.
I didn’t get an invitation to the closed beta. 
Which is a bit odd, because I was invited to the City of Villains beta. Were there any after that?
There was also a closed beta for I9. I would guess part of the reason people got in was using the Test server between issues. But they have not given their criteria for picking people. They don’t want people changing what they do just so they can get in the betas.
Saltire, I started back to work after being off 3 months. I was so tired I got on about 3 times total. And one of those was for a half hour the night open beta started. 
I spent almost as much time on the live servers.
CG, there are Fake Nem/Warhulk pairs on PI but they’re a bit high for us right now. Last night, Brian somehow managed to take down a Warkhulk and nearly did the same to his Fake Nem companion but had to run when Unstoppable was about to drop.
Oh, cool. I’ve been spending a lot of time in Recluse’s Victory…

70 heroes got together on test to prove you could defeat the Rikti dropships. They took out 9 of them. Apparently, the invasion is a raid opportunity, in any part of the city. Too bad there’s no real reward, excepting bragging rights and boss-level xp.
Even though I wasn’t there, one of their screenshots is my desktop right now. It was posted on the forums, but I can’t seem to find it again to post here.

I’ve reactivated my account. I’ve dusted off my old characters. I’ve cried* – bitterly – because all that time I had a comped account it was not considered a PAID account so I have absolutely no veteran rewards and I really really really wanted trench coats and wings.
I never got very high level. I do have a very nice team healing Defender in her 20s. And I really want to join CECIL.
But I can’t… actually… tell you who I am. Even though I’m no longer a GM and haven’t been for ages, there’s still a bit of a “nnnnngh” about telling people who I am.
I may sneak on to global chat, though. And not tell you who I am.

Dual Blades - Two blades for the price of one.
Willpower - Confirmed details (Meaning posted by a Redname) are a little more scarce. It sounds like a defense set full of passive powers. The “taunt aura” power aids regeneration.
There’s also talk of a Water Control set and “Hosiery”
I have no idea what “Hosiery” is.
Water blaster?
Leg coverings. Think lederhosen or panty hose. The possibilities of a buff/debuff set based on this concept boggle the mind.
