Warm thoughts needed for my elderly puppy.

Excellent news! Glad to hear the pup’s doing ok, I’m sure the cat will forgive you after you’ve done sufficient catnip-related penance!

The vet just called and Murfie is doing great. PLUS, while Murfie was still under, the vet noticed the Murfie Breath of Doom, (there’s no way he could’ve missed it), so he looked around in there and extracted 2 absessed teeth, for FREE!

Great news!

I’m very happy for you, but still feeling a little bad for Murfie. Two operations in a single day–yow! Murfie is gonna need a LOT of TLC which I’m sure you’ll be happy to provide.

Aw, poor Murfie! Glad he’s coming home soon. Give him a cuddle from me.

He’s home!
Not only does he not have the eliszabethan collar, he doesn’t even have a bandage. I was not prepared for that. But the doc says he’s less likely to bother the wound without a bandage.

Yeah, if he had asked, we would’ve told him to hold off on the teeth. I just feel bad that he had 2 absessed teeth, and we didn’t have a clue.
