While looking for an obituary for one of my great great grandparents I stumbled across something quite interesting. It seems that in Spain it is possible to be hugged to death.
This came from the Daily News, Frederick, Maryland April 16, 1888, page 2. Still haven’t found anything on my grandmother. Maybe she was hugged to death! I like how it was made official too.
Not only that, I don’t think it wise to hug anyone that “has bean”. That’s playin’ with fire right there.
My brother likes to bear hug at reunions. Even though I’m slightly taller than him he has 100 pounds more than me. I always have to count my ribs afterward to see if any were popped out.
Jeezits… what it suffocation? How could he not notice her arms flailing about, hitting him every which way?
Poor girl.
I guess it is possible to love someone too much.
