I’m loving the Vinho Verde lately too. Local wine shop just got in a bottle they’re selling for $8, it’s only 10% alcohol, and, like you, I could drink it by the pint. Vinho Verde is made for hot, sunny days.
The wife is funny about vanilla ice cream. She simply won’t eat it if she has any choice in the matter at all and will complain if it’s part of, say, a set dish that can’t be substituted. She’s a compleat chocoholic.
