A while ago… ok, like 7 years ago I remember hearing a sound file of a guy calling the help desk of a laptop company, and freaking out and screaming at them. It was very funny… well, to me at least.
Anyone have it? Know where I could get it? I believe the guy’s last name was Crusher.

Yeah, it’s pretty funny. I read a few years ago that the guy was furious that the clip ended up on the Internet and that his reputation was ruined.
Man. I feel for the guy (until he went neanderthal on us), but damn that was funny.
Holy hell, that took me back. I remember when this first came out we’d call the dorks at first level support for the company for which I was working at the time and leave this message. It took them about a week to catch on!!!
That’s hysterical. And a reminder to always make backups. But it’s still funny. The slowly building storm, then the hysterical, screeching hissyfit.
On the seventh comment down from the top of that page, there’s a version of the call set to piano music. It’s even funnier than the original.
(And who sends a computer out for repair without making backups, anyway?)
