Way to find out if someone is paroled?

So, when doing a vanity search on the web I was reminded that there is a person in jail for attempted murder… on me (funny how those things slip one’s mind, oh and wikipedia rules). Now, I don’t particularly think she is likely to come after me when she gets out, but it would be nice to know if she is on the streets. Is there any way one can find out if a particular person has been released?

Oh, and if someone gets a 30-60 year sentence in Pennsylvania does anyone have an idea of how long they have to serve? Is 30 the absolute minimum to get parole or work release or something (they have severed about 7 so far)?

Looking at the Pennsylvania corrections website (I’m guessing PA due to the last sentence), you can contact the Office of the Victim Advocate at 800-322-4471 (corrections). They would best answer those “what ifs”. I tried pulling up their inmate list, but the link was broken.
