Hey, string cheese is just a type of mozzarella. Ought to be good for pizza.
It was excellent. We had to peel up about 10 of the (I know it’s moz) sticks, but the stringlets melted just fine.
Basil, goat cheese, red pepper and sun-dried tomato, yum!
Did you make the crust from scratch?
In the bread maker.
I plan to make pizza from scratch tonight for dinner. It’s my favorite thing ever.
