At first, I thought the thread title said: “We renamed the pizza place.”
I came in here to see what you renamed it to… oh well, the story was good enough! 
I’m not sure of the closing time right now. You might have to give them a call to find out. I’m fairly certain it’s 7:00 or 8:00 PM every night except Sunday. You don’t have to know anybody at the counter either. At about 10 minutes before closing, they start boxing everything up in giant pizza boxes and then they start shouting out something like “boxes of pizza for $5 – first come, first served”. Usually the lids on the boxes are open so you can pick and choose to see which one has the kind of pizza / sandwiches / breadsticks that you want. You’ve got to be quick, though. People pounce on this deal like hyenas when they close shop every night.
I think they make a helluva good thin crust pizza, and the slices are usually very generous in size. I don’t mind paying full price for their pizza, but if I happen to be in the mall around closing time I know where I’ll be loitering during that magical 5 minutes. (Geez! How sad is that?)
