This is exactly what seems to be happening. It’s actually a lot like the aliens in Independence Day – who not only tried to destroy the earth, but were so hateful and horrific that they also attacked and destroyed each other.
I don’t remember that part at all.

It certainly wasn’t a major plot point of the movie, and it’s been a long time since I’ve seen it so I could be misremembering it, but I think there was a scene where they were investigating a crashed alien ship and found that they had all been attacking each other.

If Trump gets to set the platform it will be even more bigoted than it was 4 years ago - and Cruz on the other hand wants it stupider and more bigoted in the standard Republican conservative way.

You claim to be a Sanders supporter who is going to vote for Clinton. Yet you presupposed a “TRUMP” victory. And you string together a bunch of insults that only make sense coming out of a stupid Trump supporter. “Confederate Communist”? Really?
I want to believe you’re being “ironic,” but it’s getting harder for me to believe so. Going by number of posts, you’ve made a lot more in favor of Trump than anything else. Why can’t your couple of pro-Sanders posts be the ones where you are lying?
Oh, and I’m 100% for this. I still don’t get why people have hatred towards Cruz like this. I fully wanted him to win, so we’d have a sane election. Sure, I think his positions are bad, but Trumps are worse. Yeah, Cruz is an asshole, but he’s the kind that has to at least pretend to play nice. He plays the game–meaning he’s not going to fuck up diplomacy like Trump inevitably will. And he doesn’t completely ignore facts in his positions, which Trump does.
Cruz takes the country back a few years. Trump could potentially do irreparable damage. Having them fight each other is probably the best thing that could happen.
Am I the only one who thought it was kind of a stretch that we decided that the Independence Day Aliens were all a bunch of racist alien xenophobes who couldn’t be negotiated with and wanted us dead when all we had as proof of it was the one interview with the injured and captured alien fighter pilot that Will Smith captured. I mean, the alien was understandably hostile; it had just been shot down and captured, and was trying to escape its captors. The fact that it psychically attacked the President and sent him disturbing images about the alien fleet conquering the Earth and stripping it of its resources isn’t necessarily anything more than the bravado of a desperate captive trying to escape.
You seem to be forgetting the whole “unprovoked leveling of the major cities of the world” thing.
I’m not saying they weren’t hostile. All I’m saying is that we don’t actually know their motivations.
Don’t forget, the poor alien was physically assaulted by Will Smith while the alien was lying helpless in his downed craft! 
As soon as I saw the thread title I knew it was about Cruz.
At that level of hostility, their motivations don’t matter.
