Another no loss week for the Top 10. LSU and Oregon have the toughest games. LSU is the dark horse for a loss, but I just don’t think the Gators have the horses to beat them this year.
Go 'Noles! Son of a gun, we are for real contenders this year. We play like that against Clemson and there’ll be some Tiger BBQ served up! Defense is still a bit suspect, but we were playing two freshman safeties yesterday. On the other hand, the offense keeps throwing up points, it kinda won’t matter about the defense. Now, we need to beat Clemson and avoid the stupid mental crap against NC State.
I’ll be the one to admit that I’m terrified of Clemson, and have been for three or four years running. Was terrified of them last year, and FSU ripped them, and was terrified the year before, and it was reasonably close with Trickett in for Manuel, admittedly, so there’s a case to be made for my having some sort of psychological problem.
Oh, I didn’t mean to imply that I thought Clemson was going to be a cakewalk. It’s obviously the toughest game so far this year and probably one of the toughest all year. Just that I saw a lot to like against Maryland (hit the road, Jack!*).
Interesting poll results so far. Anybody willing to explain why they think Oregon is going to lose to Washington? I’ve seen both play and unless O is missing a bunch of players, I just don’t see it.
Anybody else think the run-up score was a big giant ‘fuck you’ since we don’t have to play them anymore? Good luck in the Big16, 'T(w)erps!
I’m tempted to go with all the chalk horses again, but that feels like cheating.I will take Mississippi to upset the Aggies- NOT because I think Ole Miss is great, just because I think the Aggies are overrated.
Manziel is NOT, but his team is, especially on defense.
Nothing really jumps out at me this week. I went out on a limb last time, so this week I’ll play it a little more cautiously and pick a very boring “none of them”.
I don’t know why so many are picking Oregon to lose, they’ve curbstomped everyone they’ve played, pulling their starters in the third quarter if not earlier. They beat Tennessee 59-14, and Tenn. should have beaten #5 Georgia last weekend.
I went with none of them again. Georgia is missing some players, but they ought to be able to handle Missouri. Ole Miss doesn’t have enough offense to beat A&M. LSU has too much firepower for Florida. Kentucky only beats Bama in basketball.

It’ll be a great one. 2 1st Round NFL receivers versus 3 1st Round NFL DBs. I really think Florida matches up favorably here. Purifoy, Roberson, and Hargreaves are exceptional. Even without Easley, our Run D is top tier. Jeremy Hill should get shut down.
Murphy has been great with keeping the ball safe. Watch out for an upset in Baton Rouge!
OOPS for the “NONE of them” crowd, and bully for the Georgia voter:

Stanford was down 10 last I looked. That would be a bigger shocker than the Georgia upset in my book, if it holds up. Also totally did not see Texas beating Oklahoma coming. Watching A&M-Ole Miss…
Michigan falls from the unbeatens after their 4OT game with Penn State is finally over. Penn State finally decided to quit screwing around and went for it on 4th and 1 even though they were down a field goal. They didn’t get a touchdown, but they kept the drive alive and eventually won.
