My current favorite is chicken, black olives and feta cheese on a white pizza
I hope that’s not melted feta cheese. That stuff stinks up the whole place if it’s melted. 
A co-worker of mine swears you can get beef jerky on pizza in Denmark.
We have salami as a topping at the pizza place I work at, and it’s close to tasting like beef jerky. 
So I’d say they’re pretty common in the US, although I know a lot of people who say “Yuk! Pineapple on pizza? No thanks!”
I received quite a few orders for pineapple pizza. Nothing else on top but cheese and pineapple. Anyone eat this kind of pizza? Sounds like a bland taste to me, never tried it myself.
