I will note once again that Power Roles Do Not Win for Town. Outing a power role reduces their power, but it does add them to the (semi-)confirmed pool, which is helpful in a totally different way.

Ugh, this is not good. Rough week for me, and this afternoon I’m leaving for Illinois for the (unexpected and short-notice) wedding of my wife’s cousin, where I will be without reliable Internet connectivity until Sunday night.
I am going to try to catch up before I leave.
However, regarding Oredigger: we’ve now seen (purportedly) outed a Vigilante, an Investigator, a tracker/something else-er, and a role blocker. Four claimed power roles, two of them investigative. This is a lot, and I think we need to be wary of the possibility that one (I sincerely doubt it’d be more, though after LOST I’m not discounting anything out of hand) of the claimed players is lying, and is either Scum or (potentially) third-party. Let’s face it: “I sleep with you and you get role-blocked” is no more likely to be a Town power than a Scum power.
Just need to be careful about treating our claimants as confirmed; none of them is.

I agree with this completely, I am nervous about there being four power roles already reviled while we haven’t seen a doctor or similar role, which I think it very likely. It is true that role blockers and equally likely on the scum or town side but there is really nothing I can do besides admit that I was trying to lay low.
I avoided that discussion like the plague since I didn’t want to give anything away. I figured you were off base and it would shake out on its own.

Let me Talk to NAF about it first though. 
To answer the part I snipped (snipped accidentally and but I am too lazy to start over) I try not to use code for anything. It is my honest goal to make sure that everyone understands exactly why I am doing everything I am doing when I am doing it. I frequently fail, but I try.
So, the next bit. I am not sure what you don’t understand Meeko. I saw you mention the same thing yesterDay and I didn’t get to respond to it then. What don’t you follow about my argument or CIAS’s?
Ask as many questions as you like, I’ll do my best to clear things up.
From where I am sitting, I think it is *possible * that Digger is a town power role. It’s equally possible that he isn’t, but either way I believe that there is a roleblocker in the game and that it is likely that roleblocker targeted AllWalker last Night.
So, to switch gears away from Digger (for now), I actually find MentalGuy’s long post troubling. Again, it’s because there just isn’t enough suspicion to go around. Everyone is leaning town in that post except for the people who have already gotten heat. Either MentalGuy is highly suggestable (possible) or he is having the typical scum trouble of making cases against people he knows to be town.

Since Oredigger’s getting votes, and he’s claimed to block Allwalker, I decided to look at Allwalker’s posts to see if anything jumped out at me. Consider this a structureless wow, I guess.
He did a lot of bet-hedging early Day 1, but that’s pretty typical for early Day 1. He put his vote on FS pretty early votewise, but a good distance after she voted. He was very much trying to be constructive with Meeko–a good sign, I think. He looked at Boozy Squid and thought his actions town; nothing in his case looks distorted, a good sign as well. He objected to all the role claims, not very indicative, since there are good motivations on both sides to do so. Votes Joey P for being up in Boozy’s grille–this I found interesting. Joey has certainly been a little scarce on reasoning, but considering the quality of some other votes (meeko’s votes, the votes for meeko, etc.), Joey hadn’t really jumped out in particular. I find this interesting because Allwalker specifically analyzed Boozy earlier, and found him townish. It might be part of a pattern of defending Boozy–which is also consistent with the FS voting earlier.
Conclusions: Two things really jumped out at me–the multiple posts where he was trying to help out Meeko, and the multiple links to him supporting Boozahol Squid’s townieness.
The Meeko thing is a slight scumtell–the scum have a definite interest in keeping Meeko in the game. But given the way he went around it, I doubt that was his intent, even if he is scum. So a very slight scumtell as opposed to a regular scumtell.
The Boozahol thing suggests to me that the two of them are linked; I’m guessing either they’re both scum or they’re both masons (if you’re both masons, don’t don’t don’t claim because of this post!). Also, I find it highly unlikely that Oredigger, Boozy and Allwalker would be scum, especially since Oredigger has no ties to Boozy that I saw. So if Oredigger’s scum, I’m less likely to think Allwalker’s scum and vice versa.
However, I don’t see much evidence on Allwalker specifically, so I’m not going to vote for him.
Guys, I’m going to apologize as well, I’ve been sick as hell and while I’m following along I’m not really able to make a case. Apologies for that.
At the moment, I’m thinking NAF has expressed something that was itching me as well about MentalGuy’s post. I ordinarily hate piggybacking someone else’s case, but at this point I’m too stuffed up to care.

Well, there is probably not a lot I can say that will convince you otherwise. When I sat down to write that post, I wasn’t really thinking of any certain number of players that I would need to find scummy (or even any minimum number). I did figure there were probably some in the pool that I thought was neutral, I just didn’t have a good idea of which ones. Considering how well I have done in the past on finding scum, I would not be all that surprised if some of the ones I thought were town turn up scum. I probably am more suggestable that I ought to be at this game, but I do think it was probably made worse by the fact that I was pretty much reading through the whole game at once, instead of having time to mull over individual posts. I feel this may have caused me to follow other peoples arguments a bit more than I would have otherwise.
In regards to Oredigger’s claim, I agree that what he claimed could just as easily be scum as town. However, since it only Day 2, I will
