It’s odd that the 7-11 posters are specifically aimed at tourists - “Visiting from abroad? Protect yourself against the locals!” I wonder if this was some weird partnership with the Tourism Board or something - increase the number of visitors by implying that Norwegians will be happy to have sex with them, but keep down the number of "I got an STD in Norway! reviews by terrifying everyone into using condom.
