Been adulting since 8am and now just catching up here while the OW hits Sam’s to see if they have any good used food; that and some fresh iced tea in bottles. Other than that found out I own one of these:
and I have no idea why or how long. So it gets set aside for the sale. Cleaning can be fun when you’re me.

Irked earlier, then straight back for a crackly two hour phone meeting. Could barely work out what everyone was saying most of the time, but I don’t think I agreed to anything too drastic, so that’s OK.
The clocks change here tonight- always a tricky job, putting Stonehenge forwards one hour…

Last load in the dryer - I got a late start on laundry. I just finished making the bed - fresh sheets tonight! YAY!
Apart from finishing the last load, the rest of the evening shall be slothage on a major scale.

Didn’t get as much as I had hoped, but did go to the park.
It was very crowded, and only a few of us brought water.
The jug I brought was gone in minutes.
Ripple luvs used tissues, he doesn’t shred them, he eats them.
Then I got rear-ended on the way home. I’m okay, and the truck looks okay, so we just went our separate ways.
The woman who ‘caused’ it looked upset and waved at me, not that she really ‘caused’ it. She was parallel parking, I had to stop, and the guy behind me didn’t stop. I actually thought he had, and that the car behind him had pushed him into me.
Left the house about 7:15am; got back about 3:45pm. I am a Norse God: Thor all over.
12U game was weird, the other team only had four players, I had eight, so it should have gone down as a forfeit, I loaned them a player and they had an extra kid around, so we played 7 v 6 and lost 1-5. several of their goals were scored by players that were ‘on loan’ from my team. And the ref gave them the win! With only 4 players! Silly.
Then had to referee a game, almost had a fight break out (couple of kids bumping each other, escalated to pushing and near-wrestling, coaches and I got it broken up and both players settled down), and then coached my 10U kids to two consecutive beatings (I had a kid with a ‘top’ grade rating from last year who…was not top-grade (quite horrible, in fact). And then the 7U girls forgot all that we had worked on in defense and lost 2-4. So quite a lousy day all around.
At least I got home before it started raining…
Sari, glad it was just a tap and nothing was broken; you might want to keep and eye on the truck for a bit to make sure nothing got shaken up.

Howdy Y’all! Miss me today? I have been on the sick list. Started feelin’ bad last night and that went on through about mid afternoon. Feelin’ better now. Had some chills and fever and was achy all over. ICK! Needless to say I did not leave da cave today. I sent a text to say I would not be there for mowage at the church house today. It was not cold last night but I needed all the covers on me, so I slept in the guest room. Weird. Now I am like Buddy.
I’m wondering if I got it because it was really really cheap (couple bucks) and I had no idea what the hell it was. It took me about an hour of Google to find out. Cheap entertainment really. :smack: I never knew they made cracker jars before let alone fancy bumpy ones. 
Worked early, got to catch the last perido of the Canes game at a bar. Canes won.:D(Sorry, Flyers fans)

I bought coffee and a few other things this afternoon. I went to a local BBQ place to pick up supper (turkey laig, collards, mac & cheese and hot water cornbread) and ran into a neighbor while there. He pulled into the driveway just ahead of me coming home. 
After making the bed, I messed around in the studio most of the evening.
Up, caffeinated, and sheveled. Off to work.

We shall deheathenate Luterun style this mornin’. Beyond that, who knows what might happen. OYKW mentioned goin’ to :eek:WallyWorld:eek: as he is in need of new undies. We could do that after deheathenization as it is kinda sorta on the way back to da cave. Any need to feed will be via forage. Hmmm… could pick up some fried chikin at :eek:WallyWorld:eek:. The fried chikin tenders from there are good.

Up and at’em this Sunday morning (which is truly my day of rest (form youth soccer, at least). Which is not quite true, I need to organize paperwork and meet with my coaches about 2pm, while answering and sending e-mails…
41F now but supposed to get to 75F today, so the hopes of at least a month of low utility bills (don’t need heat on and not too warm for the A/C) is hopefully in the future.

I’m not feeling it too much this morning. I slept in until 7:30. My neck and shoulders are a little sore, but I have felt worse.
We didn’t get any tilling done yesterday because the tiller didn’t get here until last night. It will get done today, depending on the weather.
We still have a few mornings coming up with below freezing temps, so I can’t plant anything anyway. It’s also not like we have Moonday thru Firday jobs and have to do everything on the weekends anyway. I just want it done though.
Sah-son has a big exam today, and a difficult business writing assignment due. I see a lot of proofreading coming up later today.

Not much shaking at CasaRoja today. We had a storm here yesterday that picked up my open patio umbrella and took it sailing up, over the patio fence and about 10 feet beyond. I thought I was going to do a Mary Poppins getting it back to where I could close it.
Baby Engineer is here! I’ll be leaving in about 45 min to meet **FCD **for lunch. One gets a lot of work done when the server isn’t crashing and it’s mostly quiet…
