It took me a second, but I finally remembered from where that came. And let me say how tempting that would be!
A long time ago, my ex-boyfreind did that at the movies. I wasn’t with him, we had a very on/off relationship - this was an off time. I would have never let him do something so rude. When he came out of the movies, after dark, he discovered someone had smashed his headlights out. He then had the nerve to call me to come pick up him and his date - luckily I had to wash my hair that night and couldn’t make it. I don’t know how he got home, but if anyone deserved that, it was him.
So now, is this the Rush I’m supposed to pretend to like or the one morons listen to and what’s a Hee Haw?

b) you equate “handicapped” with stupidity

Well I didn’t see him making comparisons to handicapped people, so he gets credit there, but I don’t know him any better than you do, so just IMHO from observation only.
If this weren’t the pit, I think a cite would be needed here. Didn’t seem selfish to me. Have you met him in a parking lot? Explain?

I haven’t been around here long enough to be insulting county – although I’m certainly willing to.
I was positing those traits as possible reasons that county might have been thought to take a handicapped parking space. Perhaps a stretch, but I seemed to pick up on the hate from his posts in this thread.
I have a theory that psychology produces morality and morality combined with circumstance produces one’s political positions. So, I find it annoying and naive when people of one political stripe call those of another “stupid”.
But then, I suppose some people say “stupid” and just mean “I don’t like.”
TWOTfan, that certainly is another reading of Cervaise’s post, with the added benefit of being mildly amusing – maybe I judged him too harshly, but there’s no way to tell 'cause he’s buggered off after playing dumb (“Sorry, don’t know what you’re getting at”).

Try this: It was a mistake. I was making a backward reference to a previous example of county’s dumbassery to put his current dumbassery into context. Unfortunately, I misremembered it. Per this thread, what I should have said instead was, “Really? I thought the fire lanes were right up next to the front door.”
So for the confusion engendered by my error, I apologize; I should have double-checked. However, I do not apologize for taking a shot at county, who has been thickly troweling his mental diarrhea across various threads for months now. I have yet to see him make anything resembling a worthwhile contribution to any discussion in which he has participated, and it’s becoming quite tiresome how he manages to hijack so many threads by plunking in one of his dimwitted verbal turds.
In short: Wildest Bill minus entertainment value equals county.
