Why do people always say that? Is it really that impossible to believe?

Look, it isn’t to say I haven’t tried. My fiancé would love it if I masturbated–it would make a great show for him, after all. I’ve tried to a couple of times (on my own, not doing a show for him), and wound up just feeling goofy and then bored. I don’t really have any desire to masturbate, either. Not to say I don’t get horny–hell yes I do–but sex with just me? Bor-ing! I am incredibly turned on by having another person there, and incredibly turned off when he’s not.

Closest I come is in my erotic wet dreams. I have woken up with my fingers inside me on more than one occasion.

So Boots, get over it. Some of us don’t. Adjust.

I have never had a wet dream and only once have I had a dream where I am having sex. <sigh> Usually when I dream of sex, which is not often I dream of just before and after.
As far as masturbation goes, yes.

Why would I lie about it in this forum of all people, folks? On the freakin’ SDMB?? Fercryinoutloud, I have no shame when it comes to talking about my sex life around here. Many people do NOT know how to masturate. Lots cannot masturbate. Also, some are too old & some are too young.

What goes on in these wet dreams, anyway? Do you even feel anything? Wouldn’t you just sort of wake up all slimy? Now, I’ve had semi-erotic dreams before, but I never get to complete the act or even really do anything, because the woman always turns out to be made of Jello or something. That is to say, my dreams are very surreal and too non-linear to actually depict a sex act. Dig?

16, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a wet dream. I have dreams occasionally in which I’m having sex, but it’s more like a memory than a real event. And I masturbate shocked gasps from the crowd.
