There’s a number of Twitch streamers or CamGirls who are suspected of wearing fake huge chests over their normal chests. The idea being since they don’t have sex and start into a camera all day really nice looking big cleavage is all you really need to attract viewer attraction and the possibility of being exposed as having fake breasts is far lesser.
I enjoy wildlife cams, and there was one featuring a monkey that had a third nipple under one breast, which also lactated and her baby would nurse from it!
