The moment I woke up this a.m., my first thought was, “Oh my god! Did I actually refer to the women posters as sluts?!” Of course I meant hags, tho either term would undoubtedly have been presumptuous of me. Then I realized that within minutes of that post I had referred to another poster as an asshole, affectionately and attemptedly humorously of course, but perhaps presuming greater familiarity than should be owed this newbie. I must have really been on a roll yesterday evening, and I had just cracked my 1st beer before posting.
I had already planned in my head the penance I would type upon signing in and seeing the many well-deserved flames. And what did I find? Not a flame at all! What a group. You fuckers are all right! Thank you for starting off what is going to be a pretty hellish Friday so pleasantly.
(Puts hairshirt back in closet and heads over to e-mail before sniffing the grindstone.)
