Again - not trying to be harsh, but I’d rate the chances that she contact you (assuming the 1:x chance you knocked her up) is only slightly greater than the chances you got her pregnant.
The standard advice (not sure how accurate it is, but it is irrelevant as most people seem to believe it) - is to wait three months before telling anyone - as if the fetus makes it to 3 months - then it is more likely that it will make it full term.
Stop worrying. You have a much better chance she gave you MRSA or HIV than you got her pregnant.

She’s 48. Having a baby from a one night stand would be a minor miracle. Not impossible, but very, very unlikely. Many women who are only in their late 30’s can’t conceive without special therapies and drugs, and these are women who want to get pregnant.

First, how often is a Child Support claim made over a pregnancy from a one-night stand?
(I’m inclined to think of one night stands in terms of “promiscuity” although I’m sure there are exceptions. A newly separated woman has sex with exactly one man in the following six months, say.)
How is the determination made that male Y is the father? I mean, sure, now there is DNA testing, but how is male Y convinced/coerced to having his DNA or any other related stuff tested? Without compliance, I see “She said, He said” emerging.
And, finally, would there be any mitigating factors on the man’s side that would cause the woman to lose the court case? Let’s say SHE deliberately pours alcohol down HIS throat, with “affectionate” forethought, climbs on top of him and puts it in…
