Are you at home or at work?
Listening to any music, if so, what?
Maybe eating something?
I’m at home and just surfing around the net.
It’s bedtime soon for me, it’s midnight here.
Right now I’m listening to The Rolling Stones,
“Angie”, next song will be Blondie, “Heart Of Glass”.
And I’m drinking a Coka-Cola.
chatting with Blu thru IM, smoking, thinking about eating…
Wondering how serious Coldfire is about naming his first born Osip.
now hitting alt/enter to send a reply to Blu…
not aiming mouse at submit…
Awwwww, you where thinking of me,
that’s sweet of you.
I was actually just thinking of you,
because I replyed to your 100 post thread.
SO we thought of each outher at the exactly
same time…
I am moving out of my apt. My TV is gone so I will be here all night. I will be very bored bacuase I can’t leave til tomorrow evening. So even though I proably shouldn’t do this, if anybody wants to keep me company tonight. My AOL is etgaw1. I will be here either packing or at my computer, or packing at my computer. Well there you have it. have a nice day
Checking my cell phone messages.(phone 1)
Arguing with my roommate re: us going to the drive-in with her boss. (phone 2)
Answering this thread. (computer)
Getting ready to leave work.
Right now, I’m drinking a Dr Pepper and reading the message board and trying not to think of the damage that my children are inflicting upstairs, judging from the amount of crashing and banging going on. I think I need to go upstairs and hog tie them before they blow up my house.
Oh boy! Anniz dear, this is starting to get interesting!
Ok, just caught your reply in the other thread and, with your permission beautiful, I’m going to consolidate a bit.
Your place. Ok, well, I’ll be on a plane as soon as I get that passport. I think they have a 48-hour process now. Please try to wait for me, it won’t be long.
I’m at home, noodling around on the compter when I should be doing other things. Took a few hours off this afternoon after working 16 hours straight on Monday, and 14 hours yesterday.
Getting ready to wander downstairs and fix something to eat; have the makings for Pho (a wonderful Vietnamese soup).
All the windows are open, because a cool front blew through yesterday after a week of blistering, muggy heat. It feels wonderful! The dog is asleep on her floor pillow beside my feet; she’s dreaming (paws twitching, yipping and yodeling a bit), maybe chasing dream squirrels.
Sipping a glass of iced tea (lots of mint) and generally being nonproductive.
Taking a break from implementing a CORBA interface to a database. Actually I’m implementing the database itself at the moment–just a little homegrown Java one, to be replaced by an Oracle version when the interface is wrung out.
Just called my wife. We are going to Spokane for a family re-union this weekend (her side of the family–and I thought my family was screwed up!) that is actually a surprise 65th birthday party for my father-in-law. He’s a Canuck by birth so there will be various in-laws and outlaws from north of the 49th parallel in attendance.
Mrs. Pluto and I are still trying to figure out when we are leaving (Thursday or Friday) and how are we going to get there (take one car (yea!) or two (ugh!)). It all depends on second eldest son who may or may not drive himself over. We can’t get hold of him to get a definitive answer.
I’m still at work and will be for a couple of hours yet. When I get home I’m going grocery shopping, making dinner, and maybe going over to the church later.
Listening to mp3s
Thinking I should check the mail.
Wondering what I can have for lunch.
Thinking about my barbeque tonight.
Wondering what the Braves game score is.
Remembering that I need to go buy a case of Pepsi for the barbeque and a bon voyage card for my friend
Thinking about strawberries and Cool Whip.
Have you ever been to Spokane? I get the impression that there isn’t much to do there. OTOH, Lilacs do grow there and I miss them. Take some time to stop and smell the Lilacs.
Right now I am in a speeding Aston-Martin. Three plug-uglies on motorcycles are closely tracking me through the narrow streets of Beijing, shooting dum-dum bullets at the reinforced body of the car and the bullet-proof glass. They are trying to retrieve from me the vial of biologically deadly viruses that I stole from the laboratory. Fortunately for me I don’t need to poke my head over the dashboard to drive, because my car can be remotely controlled from the palm pilot I am holding in my hand which displays a 360° view of my surroundings.
In the midst of this delicate operation, my lovely assistant Tawny Tiger asks me “by the way, have you checked the SDMB today?” So here I am, typing away.
Whoops, I see that I just engaged the car into a dead-end ally. About a dozen more motorcycles and a Chinese army tank are closing in behind me. I’ll post more later.
Lying on my couch with the laptop on a small table in front of me . Just looked at Oasis live in Wembley on Sky . Drinking a whiskey and smoking a fag.
Going to go to bed soon as it’s 23:45 here and I’m up for work at 05:00 .
Oh God , America’s dumbest criminals just started I’m going to bed now to read my book “Man and boy” by Tony Parsons.
