What are you hungry for right now?

I want a bowl of Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream and a fresh oatmeal raisin cookie or two along with a hot cup of hazelnut coffee. I can’t afford the calories, but that’s what I want this moment.

What are you hungry for?

Lo mein noodles. Then again, I don’t think there will ever be a time when I am not craving noodles of some sort.

Damn you, now I really want some.

Mmmm…a really chewy, gooey, cheesy New York style pizza. With tomatoes, mushroom, onions, and pepperoni. Maybe some green peppers, too.

Poutine.

I’m 1200 miles from the nearest poutine. I haven’t had any in almost eight years. Nobody down here knows what it is. I miss it so much.

King crab legs with clarified butter. MMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmm…

Nobody here knows what poutine is. Maybe I’ll google it later. Right now I’m craving cheese and crackers. Of course I’m watching Wallace and Gromit, so that’s natural.

Nutella. Good thing I have some in the house . . .

Fried Mushrooms! I just posted in another thread and mentioned them. Now I must have them.

I want another beer…

Cheese tortellini with pesto. Really garlicky pesto.

Will have to settle for the sweet/hot spiced Moroccan eggplant I’m cooking right now. Not a bad option, but not what I’m craving.

Whatever the hell it is the SO is cooking right now–it smells ambrosial and seems to be incorporating homemade bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, and something that requires a lot of stirring. I’m betting on some kind of pasta… mmm, pasta…

A large slice of foie gras, lightly fried on both sides. Unfortunately, though I have a can of it in my fridge, my diet will not allow it.

Having read the thread about Corn Nuts, I now crave Corn Nuts. Argh!

Some good Irish whiskey.

Bread pudding would be nice…mmmm…

A slow-cooked barbecued brisket sandwich on garlic toast, covered with sweet barbecue sauce and creamy cole slaw, with crispy Vidalia onion rings on the side, and fresh-squeezed lemonade.

Beef chow fun & Vietnamese Iced coffee.

I either want to be allowed to make myself some junk food (pancakes… french toast… bread pudding… rock buns…), or deliver the responsibility of figuring out something healthy to eat and then making it to someone else. I am so freaking tired of having to figure out what to eat at every meal. It’s usually easier to just not eat.

I wanted a Barratts Sherbet Dip Dab… and now I have one yay!!!

Dang you, *inky, I opened this thread to post Vietnamese iced coffee. Isn’t that stuff completely addicting? And down here in San Jose, I can find it at any of several dozen restaurants within easy driving distance. I do NOT need all that caffeine, and they don’t make it decaf that I can tell.

Also, I was just making lunch plans when I came across this thread. I’d like some rare steak pho seasoned with sriracha and lime for lunch today.
