Mongolian Beef. I’d kill for some Mongolian Beef.
Nothing. I just ate a massive portion of vegetarian shepherd’s pie, and I am so full I don’t even want to think about food.

I just ate some potato soup and fresh bread, but I want some fries from the Chinese restaurant on the corner down from the Fire Dept. Those things are addictive.
Philly cheesesteak with sauce and onions. I’m on the other coast. It isn’t going to happen.
I’d like about a pound of fried cheese with marinara sauce. The diet says no.
Tortilla chips and home made quacamole.
That’s what I want but I’m not going to. I need junk food like I need a bigger ass.
A Philly soft pretzel with lots of salt, and yellow mustard.
Is Quacamole made out of ducks?
I’d like some lasagna with extra cheese, but I just got my wisdom teeth pulled out today, so I can’t chew…
Yay, I’m not the only one who thought that! Hey, sometimes I pronounce it Whack-a-Mole just for fun.
But mmm, homemade guacamole. I could go for some of that too.
Right at this moment I could go for a strong cup of coffee. My head is killing me.
What I would really love, though, is rotis (Indian flatbread) with spicy pickled lemon and some makhan (sweet Indian butter), made, and htis is most important, by someone else.
I’m going to pick up some Filet Mignon and grill it to taste. That and some Cascadian Farm Green beans with garlic added.
I am on my own as the Wife and Kids are in Disney World. I figure my meal will still be cheaper than what my 5 year old son Kevin’s will cost at Disney World.
Should be tasty.

Cheese Grits.
Earlier today, after lunch, I had a craving for Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. I’d never had that kind, and I don’t normally like ice cream anyhow, but for some reason I really wanted to have that ice cream. I went out, did a little early Christmas shopping, and finished up at the ice cream joint. I got the smallest “I Like It” size scoop of French Vanilla in a cup.
My lord, it was huge! I ate about half and threw it away. It was good, but now I actually feel kind of ill. As I said, I almost never eat ice cream. When I splurge the calories I don’t eat sweets as much as I eat salty food: pretzels, popcorn, peanuts, potato chips. That Brobdignagian damn ice cream will do me for year or so!
Now I’m craving white wine, which I am enjoying as I type.
Beef stroganoff. I’ve been thinking about it all day.
Beef! It’s what’s for dinner!
Delores, I made crock-pot beef stroganoff two nights ago. 'Twas tasty.
I was craving velveeta shells and cheese (carbs coated in fat, whee!), but then I ate a ton (like, most of a can) of “Sweet and Crunchy” peanuts, so no I’m a little ooky. I’ll eat my junk dinner later.
I’m jonesing for some good hot chicken wings from a joint around here called Fricker’s. Luckily, tomorrow is all you can eat 25 cent wing night, so I should be satisfied soon.
Figures, I ran out of gas on the grill :smack: . Well it was mostly cooked at least.
Satay peanut chicken with thick egg noodles…and maybe a shot of absinthe to go with it
Some lovely hot chips with lots of salt and vinegar would be great for lunch.
But actually it will be a cheese, ham and tomato sandwich.
