What character(s) remind(s) you of your ex?

Mods: I don’t know whether this belongs in CS or MPSIMS; you decide.

Every time I see Big Bang Theory’s Sheldon or Star Trek: TNG’s Data, I’m reminded of my ex. It’s as if he were the spawn of these two characters. Not physically, but their vocal precision and vocabulary remind me of him. And I swear I remember him using the word “coitus.”

How about yours?

Pepe Le Pew.

John Carter from ER looks almost exactly like the ex-husband. Especially with a beard!

Ariel from the Little Mermaid. Left out in the sun.

Technically not a character, but Kari from Mythbusters reminds me of my first serious girlfriend.

If Adrian Monk and Alan Harper had a bastard child, he would proabably be a LOT like my ex .

A blond version of Ross from “Friends” crossed with…Steve-O of “Jackass”.

Clair Danes is the spitting image of my High School sweetheart. Only she was 1/2 her size. 13 from house reminds of a girl I dated briefly. She wasn’t as pretty as the actress, but those eyes. Man.

Jesse from Breaking Bad. That’s why we aren’t together anymore…

Natalie Portman in Garden State.

Mia Michaels, **So You Think You Can Dance **judge. I only watched the show a couple times but was struck by how much she looked and acted like my ex.

Keyser Soze.

you still have her number?

Jennie Garth in “What I Like About You” could be twins with my first serious girlfriend. Blonde hair, ditzy personality, older sister, chirpy singsong voice.

I’m happily married and seriously NOT interested in my old GF anymore (we’re Facebook friends now, and she looks OK, but she luvs Jeebus a lot) but if Jennie Garth and I are ever cut loose at the same time, I’m going to casually approach her somewhere and make her love me.

From the wonderful world of Disney, a treasure chest of memories.

Nina van Horne (Wendie Malik) from *Just Shoot Me *reminds me soooo much of a past GF. From the clothes, the wild parties and stories, and the constant drinking, they are two martini olives in a pod…TRM

Agreed. One of my exes didn’t look anything like Natalie Portman, but the quirks of her Garden State character were all there.

Of course, she thought she was Annie Hall, so I guess I should mention that too.

ursula from the little mermaid, or that wife from that old warner brothers cartoon that smacks the guy upside the head till he meekly says “yes dear”

I used to date a Peggy Hill type.

I was asked out by a Howard Wolowitz. I said no. (I swear he was the template for that character.)
