It’s not a particularly great topping in general, but makes for a great specialty BBQ pizza.
The only two on the list I don’t like on a pizza are ground beef and pineapple. The latter is a dealbreaker, while I can tolerate ground beef. I don’t ever choose it though.
All the hate for hamburger on a pizza, I wish I could find a place that would actually put normal hamburger on a pizza. Every time I’ve ordered it the “hamburger” has been so spiced up that it’s indistinguishable from the sausage. If I wanted sausage I’d order it.
My mom sometimes makes pizza with actual hamburger as a topping, I can see why people might find it boring or bland, but I like it if it properly melts into the cheese. The “hamburger” they put on in restaurants is not the same at all. But also not bland in the slightest.
no hot peppers, I like 'em, just not on pizza, anchovies are yucky and ruin the whole pie, green olives are not food, ground beef is just meh, I don’t like it but don’t object to it if it’s already there, not a big fan of sausage on pizza, not for flavor reasons, because it doesn’t sit well in my stomach.
