I don’t think it’s going to be much of a looker, but I hope it tastes all right. I’ll see if I can snap a pic or two all the same. 
I bought a goddam refrigerator. My fridge was making horrible noises a few weeks ago. I had a repair guy come out and he said the drain was clogged causing ice to build up in the insulation. He cleared the drain, but said the ice might have caused permanent damage. Apparently he was correct because it’s started making noise again. I bit the bullet and ordered a new one today. It’s not my first choice for a $1600 Christmas present to myself.
I eat breakfast at work and always have a banana. I bring enough with me for the week. I got halfway to work and realized of all things, I forgot my bananas! Instead of forgoing my daily banana, I stopped at a Kwik Trip and bought 2 (I’m only working 2 days this week). Total purchase was 23 cents and I had to use my debit card because I had no cash with me!
25th: Nada.
26th: Three containers of blackberries and a bag of cherries. So far. Buying lunch out for 4 adults here in an hour or so. That should do it; gonna be extended family time the rest of the day.
27th+: Normal retailing returns to our lives.
Buttload of groceries
A kind of battery charger thingy, because Mr. brown discovered a dead battery in one of our cars
Lunch to go, because even though I bought a bunch of groceries, I’m still wiped out from the damn Covid
I realized last night I was almost out of one of my prescription meds so today I’ll have to run to the pharmacy for a refill.
I’m also making turkey stock today (roasted turkey stock… mmmm…) and I don’t think I have enough freezer containers so I may be stopping and getting some more before the stock is done.
Half-priced Banana-Walnut-Chocolate Chip cookies.
3 litres of milk. We ran out, so I had to break my “no shopping on Boxing Day” pledge.
But I just walked to the corner store; nowhere near the Big Box sales.
