This was actually dinner last night but will be lunch again tomorrow. You will have to stick with me on this because I didn’t believe it would work either, but I borrowed the recipe from a local place and it has won awards.
Start with about 1/3 lb of ground chuck, grilled. A bakery bun lightly toasted. Add some Jalapeno slices a piece or two of good bacon, and a slice of sharp cheddar cheese to the burger, and smear a decent amount of Peanut Butter on the bun.
I wasn’t sure when I first ordered one but the waitress assured me that if I didn’t like it she would give me any other burger for free. I did not need to take her up on the offer.
