What did you have for breakfast this morning?

Another “nothing yet” checking in.

I suppose I will get something in the next 20 minutes though. Whatever I happen upon will become breakfast. If only I had some coffee brewing, it would be nicer. But I have no coffee here.

Scrambled eggs, sausage links, English muffin, and a cup of tea. Breakfast is the only meal that is consistently edible at the college dining hall.

My sausage is cooking and I’m getting ready to go fix some eggs and toast to go along with.

I had tea and two pieces of wholemeal toast spread with a smidgen of raspberry jam.

I usually have either a bowl of porridge or two pieces of toast for breakfast on weekdays. Weekends I usualy have bacon or sausage and poached or scrambled egg (on toast) and grilled tomatoes.

A bowl of Count Chocula (you can have my kiddy breakfast cereal when you pry it from my cold dead hands), a cup of coffee with fat-free french vanilla creamer and now a bottle of water.

Nothing yet. I might have a glass of OJ in a little while. I’ve been up for 2-3 hours. Don’t typically eat breakfast. Will have Thai food for lunch, though. Yum!

One small glass on milk (semi) and three tiny sweet biscuits. In other words not enough…have not had the chance to go shopping since Monday.

Lunch (almoca) - Curile des Peixes con Arroz e uma cerveja Cristal. Um Cafe curto. Yum! Yum! :slight_smile:

two cigarettes on the way to work and a Double Decker chocolate bar when I got to work.

Same thing as I have every morning, really – coffee, coffee, and coffee, bolstered by a cup of yogurt (flavour of the day: peach) with a palmful of granola tossed in and stirred vigorously for some crunch. Oh yes, and coffee.

Smoothie, as always.

This time it had banana, soy milk, sour cherries, and passion fruit juice with a scoop of protein powder to get me and my bike to work.

And coffee. mmm … coffee …

I have a nanaimo bar calling to me from the fridge; I was wondering if it wasn’t too early in the day for such sweetness but after paulberserker’s post I think I’m going to go for it.

I just realized that an overwhelming amount of what I am contemplating for my breakfast is a substitute for something else.

Egg Beaters with fat-free cheese, spinach and tobasco
Coffee with splenda and fat-free half and half

an extra large dominos philly cheese steal pizza :slight_smile:

I never eat breakfast stuff for breakfast tho maybe very occasionaly

I will eat cereal like a bowl of chips for a snack tho

A piece of Pepperidge Farm chocolate cake, a bowl of maple-cinnamon oatmeal and a large cup of cinnamon hazelnut praline coffee.

Breakfast of Champions.

A hamburger with sauerkraut and lots of mustard and two Polish dill pickles, strong black coffee.

In a health conscious effort - Quaker Oatmeal with some frozen blueberries thrown in…and some plain m&m’s thrown in too…

I had two corn muffins and two small cookies.

Isn’t it great at breakfast time? Personally, I had 2 large eggs, sunny-side up; 2 strips of Hormel Applewood bacon; and 2 Hormel Wrangler beef sausages with cheese filling. Breakfast is the best time for the Atkins people.

I had donut holes and some orange juice.

Not very healthy, but better than my normal breakfast of nothing (I eat ‘lunch’ at about 10, so I usually just skip breakfast so I can sleep longer, have my breakfast at ‘lunch’ and have a late lunch at 3 or so when I get home).

A glass of Tang and six small, chicken-flavored crackers.

I must go to the grocery soon.
