What did you have for breakfast this morning?

I’m at a conference, and this is my morning off, so I walked over to an IHOP and got two eggs scrambled, toast, hash browns and pork sausage. And coffee, of course. Probably cost half of what it would in the hotel. The rest of the week it is crappy muffins and such at pre-session meetings.

A package of instant ‘brown sugar and maple’ oatmeal, cooked in the microwave, with some lactose-free 1% milk added.

Same thing we almost always have: one strip of bacon, one scrambled egg with cream cheese, bowl of fruit with yogurt and cinnamon, coffee. Yesterday was pancakes though. Yum.

Pretty sure I swallowed some toothpaste around 4:30. . . and I had a funsize “twix” around 10:30. . . I made a pot of coffee around 10:00 but it was all gone by the time I got back to it. . .

Strictly speaking, it was brunch. Toast, egg and two strips of bacon. Delicious.

Usually just a cuppa Joe but today I got to work an hour and fifteen early so: scrambled egg, cheese and sausage on a roll with pink grapefruit juice.

whole wheat toast with a laughing cow cheese wedge spread on, a mcdonald’s strawberry banana smoothie (bleh), copious amounts of water, and 3 cigarettes.

Nothing. I don’t usually eat a breakfast.

I had leftover Chicken Spaghetti from dinner last night. i usually eat leftover dinner for breakfast on weekdays. Weekends are bacon or sausage and eggs, with hashbrowns.

Same thing I have most mornings - a fried egg (over easy) on toasted sandwich thins with a slice of cheese on top. It takes about 5 minutes to make and it’s delicious and satisfying.

Tea, English muffin with peanut butter & strawberry jam. Mmmmm.

Usually nothing but coffee (I can’t eat much during the day) - but today I had Halloween candy and coffee.

Hey, it’s the day after Halloween.

My usual, oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon with a splash of milk. This tends to be my everyday breakfast. Maybe 3 or 4 times a year I will end up with poached eggs over toast with 2 slices bacon, and maybe twice a year I will end up with crepes or pancakes.

Biscuits and gravy, sausage, coffee. Southern health food :slight_smile:

Nothing. Same as most mornings. I’ve tried many many times to get in the habit of eating breakfast but no matter how long I push myself to do it as soon as I relax I’m back to eating for the first time at lunch.
