What did you have for breakfast this morning?

A bowl of Fiber One cereal with no milk and a cup of coffee with milk.

A chocolate-peanut butter sandwich. That’s peanut-butter-made-with-chocolate, not peanut butter and chocolate on bread.

Usually, nothing. Today, however, since I had to drive TheKid to school super early, I swung by McDonalds and bought a breakfast burrito and hash browns. Diet Coke to drink.

A banana.

A couple slices of whatever pizza my parents had for dinner last night, a dollop of sour cream, and some pickled beet slices.

Cold cereal and milk, like always. I think it was Life this morning.

Oats with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of Demerera brown sugar, Colombian coffee and whole milk.

Juice from the juicer (concoction courtesy of my wife).

I just had breakfast half an hour ago:

  • sultana bran with low fat milk;
  • two slices of toast with vegemite;
  • some orange juice;
  • a banana

Bagel with cream cheese

Honey Nut Shredded Wheat & 1% milk.

Leftover M&Ms and a banana with the usual pot of tea.

Couldn’t have asked on a day when I hadn’t gone nutritionally astray, couldja?

2 eggs over easy, 2 sausage patties, white toast with butter, hash browns with onions, and a waffle. My first visit to a Waffle House. I drank water.

Off to the lunch thread.

Yesterday’s breakfast was more fun. A frittata with mozzarella cheese and leftover salmon from Costco, and a side of smoked trout because you can never have too much seafood. The toddler inhaled it.

Today was just bacon and eggs and black coffee.

Two pears, then an hour later a bowl of oatmeal with honey and a banana sliced into it with a splash of half-n-half, and a homemade soy latte.

Toasted English muffin with butter and Vegemite.

A Kashi blackberry graham bar and a banana.

But, courtesy of a coworker’s chickens, tomorrow is a farm fresh fried egg over easy and link sausage. The sausage wasn’t laid by the chickens in case there is any confusion. (But wouldn’t that be handy?)

Embarassing.

I had a microwaved leftover taco. (Damn it was awesome.)

My “breakfast” is about 16:00 (I work nights):

9 fried Shrimp,
2 Hushpuppies,
A very small order of Fries,
A large bite out of a dinner roll,
Diet Coke,
Metformin,
Low-dose Aspirin,
Multivitamin.
