i sob tearfully as my minutely (ya know, 1/6 of an hourly) fix of straightdope is denied.
and i go take some catnip to remedy that.
At the office, I take the opportunity to actually get some work done before I go home for the day. Either that, or go surf another site.
At home, I usually start up a game of Unreal Tournament.
I’m usually asleep at Maintenance Time, but on the occasions that I’m not, I’ll just grab something to read until the board’s back up.

Read a book and hit refresh every so often on my keyboard
